PROJECT SUMMARY:

The AddInov 4.0 Project  – SME training program with a view to increasing their competitiveness, flexibility and responsiveness in the global market, which aims to contribute to the resolution of a joint problem shared by many SMEs, through the implementation of new organizational methods and management practices, strengthening presence in the digital market and use of ICT, implementation of new management systems and obtaining certifications and training of SMEs to place goods and services on international markets.

InovCluster, following its strategy of training SMEs, continues to focus on the development of projects that enhance the qualification of small and medium-sized companies, responding to a set of pressing needs in the area of ​​innovation and technological development.

The creation of a dynamic business culture, through which companies seek to increase their competitiveness, promoting the development of new innovative and differentiating products and services is, nowadays, essential, especially given the progressive globalization, the rapid technological evolution and the market saturation.

The increasingly global and knowledge-based competition requires a deep differentiation that ensures companies competitiveness at an international level. In order to become competitive, it is essential that companies invest in innovation, on a continuous basis, either by redefining their strategic orientation or by adjusting their activity to offer the best products, at the best prices and in line with trends. technologies at a global level.

In this way, it is important that companies focus on adopting new management practices, new organizational methods and work philosophies (including those related to issues such as Industry 4.0 and Circular Economy); strengthening its presence in the digital economy and use of ICT; strengthening its design capacity, brand creation, knowledge transfer and intellectual property protection; and the implementation of new management and certification systems, with a view to strengthening the competitiveness of SMEs in international markets.
